Our Poultry

We receive day-old baby chicks from a trusted hatchery, and upon their arrival, they are welcomed into the warm, nurturing environment of our brooder. They spend their first two weeks acclimating here before transitioning to our mobile “chicken tractors.”

In these chicken tractors, the chicks are moved daily to fresh pasture, allowing them to forage and thrive in a natural setting. Like our pigs, we provide them with a free-choice non-GMO grain supplement to ensure they receive a balanced diet, as they cannot survive on pasture alone.

Once fully grown, we humanely process the chickens, offering both whole birds and a variety of parted poultry products, from breasts to feet. We are committed to fully utilizing the chickens for food; any parts we cannot market are composted, returning vital nutrients back to the earth.
